A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation.  Having a home inspected is like giving it a physical check-up.  If problems or symptoms are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation.  Following are some of the systems and items that are inspected and reported on during the course of our inspection.  These items are examined for material defects that would significantly affect the value, desirability or safety of a home.  Once the inspection process is completed, you will receive a thorough report detailing the findings of the inspection.
